951 Views - 5 Comments ATTENTION:Shot with HR-1 very early prototype with no counter weight and tail so a front heavy system and an 8 kgr camera. Still a good shooter. Actual HR-1 Deluxe is much more stabilized and modular and creates astonishing shots |

on Jul 20, 2009
348 Views - 0 Comments This is a move starting with slow move of me walking ahead then while still walking panning the camera 180 degrees to find the subject walking behind me and bring her all through this narrow alley while walking ahead of her. This is called Don Juan in the steadicam world and its the only way to walk safely walking ahead of your subject shooting back with out crashing with your back on obstacles walking backwards. Again the HR-1 with out spring loaded back mount support. |

580 Views - 0 Comments Some of the moves you can now achieeve with the HR-1 using the pan and roll axis together with the tilt. You can simulate tracking moves, do dutch rolls, pan 180 degrees achieeving Don Juan moves, pan the camera 90 degrees running in 360 circles around your subject, and with practise do configurations of all these to produce unic and solid shots. The HR-1 shows here is a prototype with no tail just serving demostration needs, the new HR-1 deluxe is the latest and most upgraded version and its twice as stable and modular. |
